Tatiana Tian and Ziqi Deng, the driving forces behind RESOURCE, share a unique perspective as daughters of manufacturing families and former founders of a fashion brand. Their journey began in 2020, and since then, RESOURCE has partnered with over 100 emerging and flourishing fashion brands, kickstarting the dreams of 80 brands from scratch. With an intimate understanding of the hurdles faced by emerging brands, we stand side by side, donning multiple hats as technical designers, pattern makers, production managers, manufacturers, and freight forwarders. RESOURCE is proudly the all-in-one companion for brands embarking on their exhilarating journey.

Victoria Wu (Ziqi Deng’s mom) laid the foundation for VIC Garment in Shanghai, serving as a trading company catering to Israeli and European fashion brands.

Tatiana Tian and Ziqi Deng crossed paths at Duke University in 2015, sparking a friendship rooted in their shared passion for entrepreneurship.

Post-graduation, Tatiana and Ziqi made their way to the bustling streets of NYC, briefly venturing into corporate life. A nostalgic whisper of their entrepreneurial dreams led them to quit their jobs and birthed Z&T, a fashion brand.

Awakened by the shared struggles of underrepresented fashion brands, Tatiana and Ziqi pivoted their journey towards a higher purpose. RESOURCE emerged, a fashion supply chain tech company empowering brands at the inception of their fashion and sourcing expedition.
